I apologize for the wait—we've had some fulfillment delays but we've finally resolved them and all remaining orders will be shipping out immediately. For anyone who has a tracking number with no movement on it, you should see updates on it very soon.

Shipping is underway! - We got delayed a bit longer but good to go now.

Hi all,

We ran into another delay after realizing that some of the 4-deck outer boxes were not delivered to GW in the shipment (they were lost by the shipping provider and had to be reprinted). All good now though—orders are being packed at this moment and about to ship out. You should receive shipping notifications with tracking info very soon.

Again, a quick reminder that if your shipping address in incorrect in BackerKit and your package is returned to our warehouse, you will need to pay the postage cost to reship the item. I've sent out many many notices about updating shipping addresses to try to catch all instances of backers who needed to update.

Okay folks, I've sent out Backerkit emails, posted updates here on the Kickstarter, and messaged you all directly through Kickstarter. I've given as much notification and time as I possibly could to allow everyone to update their shipping address if needed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your rewards will be shipped out to the mailing address listed in your Backerkit account. If that address hasn't been updated and is not correct then your shipment will either be forwarded automatically by the postal service or returned to my fulfillment team.  Anyone who has a returned shipment due to wrong address on file will need to cover additional shipping fees to reship the items to your correct address.

If you have any questions about this, please contact me ASAP.

I expect that order fulfillment will begin early next week and backers will start receiving shipments by the end of April.

IMPORTANT: This is your last chance to update your shipping address in Backerkit. You have 48 hours to do so and then we will plan to ship your items to the address listed in your Backerkit account.

Okay folks, BackerKit accounts are now re-opened so you can add any additional items you'd like as well as update your shipping address if needed. Gold deck lottery winners will see their BackerKit carts updated to include that deck. You have 1 week to make any final changes before orders are locked down for fulfillment.
